Zheflon® FL2611 is a polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer with a low melt viscosity grade and is particularly suitable for applications in coatings and cable industries. It has the typical characteristics of thermoplastic fluororesin. It has excellent chemical stability, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance to most active substances and solvents. It gives the cable excellent mechanical properties, flexibility and electrical properties, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, low flammability and smoky.

1.PVDF should be processed under 260℃,to avoid producing toxic gases;

2.PVDF has good fire resistance and smoke inhibition property, however, when meets with fire, it will release toxic hydrogen fluoride gas and fluorocarbon compounds;

3.Operators should take good care of personal protection during the use procedure and processing.


25 kg packages can be provided. PVDF is packed in PE plastic bag and then put into a hard cardboard drum. It must be stored in clean, cool, dry place.
