Detail Information
Description
Flurine® PTFE 4112 is a fluororesin formulated for sealing and gasket applications where creep resistance is essential.
It is a virgin granular fine-cut polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin. Due to its high melt viscosity, the standard processing method involves powder compression followed by sintering. This grade produces molded parts with a smooth surface finish, making it well-suited for manufacturing packings and gaskets that require reliable long-term creep resistance.
